Huntsville’s greenways are some of our most loved amenities. Since the first segment of the Aldridge Creek Greenway in South Huntsville opened in the early 1990s, the system has grown to over 20 miles of paved, multi-use paths in all corners of the city, with thousands of daily users. Part of the Big Picture will review the Greenway Plan and make changes as needed. Which segments should be completed first? What could be done to improve existing and future corridors?
